Nikon Will Release the AF-S 800mm f/5.6 VR Lens

Nikon upcoming release of the new AF-S 800mm f/5.6 VR lens, the release time is expected before the Photokina show in September 2012. The new AF-S 800mm f/5.6 VR lens is the upgrade of Nikon the old section of the 800mm f/5.6 IF-ED lens, the 800mm f/5.6 IF-ED lens was listed in 1986 to stop production in 2005.

Sigma and Canon have their own 800mm f/5.6 lens, but since the 800mm f/5.6 IF-ED lens was halted, the Nikon longest telephoto lens fixed focus only with AF-S 600mm f/4G ED VR, AF-S 800mm f/5.6 VR lens will be released to compensate for this shortcoming.
